Malawi has a big youth population whose insights and leadership are crucial for enabling strong careers, inclusive communities and a vibrant, developing Malawi.
As an organisation focussed on empowering young people, British Council is creating space for young leaders (18-35years) with fruitful ideas, a strong sense of commitment and achieving progress to come together and build solutions-focussed ideas, plans and actions.
This initiative will be no talking shop, we need the right people together.

•Individuals who are constructive in outlook, productive in action.
•Those who can hold their own but engage with others’ perspectives too
